Key People
Jon Lomax
Web designer, developer, coder
Jon grew up in Mullaghmore on the North West coast of Sligo and first worked with ‘the web’ in ‘1995’ as an in house trainer with Unilever Plc at their head office in London. He then worked as a freelance web developer in London on websites and web-related projects in Ireland, UK, France and Holland. Upon returning home to Ireland, he continued to work as a freelancer before setting up the Sligo Format.ie Web Design team with Lisa.
Jon’s knowledge of designing and building complex websites to handle bespoke functionality has become well known in the market-place. He is able to deliver high-end designs that require specific coding experience especially in the area of e-commerce websites and apps.
Give Jon a call to discuss any ideas for websites you have no matter how complex they may seem.

Lisa started her career in London for ITV working for a Lobbyist using her French & German and often travelling abroad to lobby European parliamentarians in Brussels and Strasbourg. She worked in recruitment for 20 years encompassing marketing, PR and business development for law firms, commercial businesses and human resources departments.
On coming to Ireland, she set up the Format.ie Web Design team in Ballintrillick, Sligo, with Jon. Lisa qualified in November 2022 with a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing with the Digital Marketing Institute.
Format.ie Web Design continues to keep abreast of developing technologies in building websites, apps, logs & bespoke website designs throughout Ireland.
The Late Toby
Former Meet & Greet, PR, Welcome Reception
Toby took his role as part of the Format.ie Website Team very seriously. With a smile on his face, you were always welcomed in the car park like you’d never been welcomed before.
He loved countryside smells, muddy boots, anything to do with tractors, trailers and his favourite, ride-ons. Sadly left us 2020 and missed by us all.
Harvey & Rolo
New recruits, meet & greet, warm welcome
Successors to Toby and have risen admirably to the challenge of meet and greet.
Feeling a bit down and need a pick me up, or just need to rant and rave if you’ve had a bad day? They are ardent listeners, will not judge and are very open to all ideas, especially those related to the outdoors. Beaches and footpaths a particular favourite.
